About Me

My name is Todd Archuleta - Before you read my biography, I want to take a few lines just to brag a little bit. Please forgive me, but I think it is important that you realize you are looking at someone who is successful with marketing  residential  property in Las Cruces NM. If you need  someone to assist you with buying or selling real estate, I am that person. I have learned the secrets of selling your home for the most money in the shortest time.  Or if you are a buyer, I can help you find the perfect house at the best price. You don't want to pay to much for any property do you? I  reveal many of these secrets to you as a client but more importantly, when you call on  me  for any of your real estate needs you get complete access to me, and information, which I don't share with others for free.

Real quick, let me tell you this. I am one of a few very specialized Real Estate Agents in Las Cruces, and my best customers  love to work with me because I take away the stress, fear and complication of any Real Estate contract.

Remember, I am a specialist in Las Cruces Real Estate, not a generalist, as I can show and help you with things, NO ONE ELSE CAN.

I was born and raised in Casper Wyoming. Yes there are more then 5 people in Wyoming, in fact the entire population of Wyoming is just a little more then all of the people in Albuquerque.

My Dad and Mom still live in Wyoming along with one of my sisters. I have another sister in Colorado and my brother is there also. I Attended Casper College and owned and operated my own business for several years. After closing my business I decided to get into the IT industry. So...to Casper College I go to get  training in a field I already had loved for many years, working with computers. I put my skills to work in  oil and gas   exploration in Evanston Wyoming. The winters were cold and lasted 9 months out of the year.

Eventually my family and I made our way to Las Cruces. Both my wife and I being raised in Wyoming  had our share of cold winters and deep snow. I do miss my Toro two stage power max snow blower (grunt grunt) boy did that make snow removal a breeze.

Las Cruces has become our home now! We love the warm weather and  the kind people.  Las Cruces is a great place to live, raise a family and retire. Before we decided to make Las Cruces our home we took a little trip to visit. I was amazed at how laid back the people are. Let me give you an example. We were doing a little shopping, my wife's favorite past time. It was busy in the store we were patronizing but the checker took a minute to visit with us, and the line of people behind us just smiled and were just as friendly. Now make no mistake, I know that life is busy no matter where you live but this was not a one time incident. This friendly interest and relaxed pace has been a new and refreshing addition to our lives.
